Here we present some cases in which severely
damaged teeth by microsurgical interventions.

The implant is affected by severe bone loss (outlined in red). If left untreated, the implant will be lost within a few years.

Through effective cleaning of the implant and subsequent bone regeneration, the implant is once again stable in the bone one year later.

Before: Periodontitis has led to severe bone loss (red outline) on the front incisor. Without bone, an implant is not possible either.

After: The tooth was thoroughly cleaned and the bone rebuilt. One year after the procedure, the tooth is stable in the bone.

Before: Due to an unfavorable root retraction, the tooth could not be cleaned without surgery. The bone on the posterior wall of the root has degenerated to the lower third (outlined in red).

Previously: Periodontitis has led to massive bone loss (red margin) on the anterior incisor. Without bone, even an implant is not possible.

After: After the procedure, the bone structure is clearly visible in the X-ray image.

After: The tooth was thoroughly cleaned and the bone was rebuilt. 1 year after the procedure, the tooth is stable in the bone.
